Meet Our team Team Leaders: Dr. Stacey Francis A Chiropractic Kinesiologist with over 16 years experience, Dr. Francis, founder of Higher Level HealthCare, is committed that people find their individual path to wellness and receive healthcare that encompasses the structural, nutritional and emotional aspects of their life. She is an advocate for continued education and, through a training and development course from Landmark Education, was given an assignment to develop a project that would "make a difference in the world" Through this course called the Team Management and Leadership Program, Dr. Francis saw how creating teams and structures could cause powerful advances in accomplishing goals through communication and disappear dis-empowering conversation. The idea of creating a day of empowering conversation came about from witnessing many patients and friends lose their jobs or have their jobs and income in jeopardy. Wanting to support the people in the metro Detroit community to create a new conversation for themselves that is powerful and full of possibility, the Enrichment and Wellness Festival was born. I would call it essential, but I hope to be more than my job." For the past 8 years, Leanne has worked as a Massage Therapist through her business Of Sound Mind & Body. She says, "If you have to have a job, and I feel that I do, being a Massage Therapist is a great job. People are happy to see you and happy when they leave you. It's interesting and utilizes my problem solving skills while reminding me to relax and appreciate what's around me." But it seems that one job or definition is never enough for Leanne. She recently decided to build upon her interest in human-dog relationships through education in dog behavior, and now has the pleasure of dogs in her daily home and work life. "Creating a life where I could spend more time with my 3 dogs made me realize how much more myself I am when I'm with a dog." Whether she's sharing information on dog behavior with dog owners through training, or simply walking dogs when their owners cannot, Leanne has added Dog Obsessed Girl to her personal description. Her newest business, I'm A D.O.G.! Dog Obsessed Girl provides group and individual training, as well as dog walking services, and even wholesome, made-in-her-home-oven dog treats and gift packages. You can read about her adventures with her dogs at www.imadogblog.blogspot.com, check out her gift packages at the I'm A D.O.G.!table, and even pet her Black Lab Luna.
